Morning Prayer with the Oblate Family, Tuesday November 15th With Kay in Dublin
Good morning friends, we invite you to join Kay Curran once again for our morning prayer on this Tuesday morning, November 15th. Kay is a member of the Oblate Lourdes Pilgrimage team and today’s prayer comes from the Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes behind the Oblate church in Inchicore.
Today’s gospel is continuing the journey of Jesus in Jericho. This time he meets a man named Zacchaeus. And this man, being a senior tax collector and very wealthy, he too was anxious to see Jesus. That’s why he climbed the tree as he was too small to view over the crowds. And this reminds Kay of when sent Pope John Paul II came to Croke Park here in Dublin in 1979…
We hope you enjoy this morning’s prayer and thank you for for joining us this morning for prayer.
