Morning prayer with the Oblates, Easter Saturday, April 23rd With Fr Michael Brady OMI
Good morning dear friends, we invite you to join Fr Michael Brady OMI in St Michael’s Parish, Inchicore, Dublin for our short morning prayer as we reflect on the reading from the Acts of the Apostles.
“…Since all the people were giving glory to God for what had happened.”
So may we continue being amongst the people and giving glory to God.
Christ shares the vocation of being the light of the world with us, and it is so badly needed. He is the Light, the Truth, Justice, and the apostles were proclaiming that true fraternity and justice occurs with Jesus.
“So they called them in and gave them a warning on no account to make statements or to teach in the name of Jesus. But Peter and John retorted, ‘You must judge whether in God’s eyes it is right to listen to you and not to God. We cannot promise to stop proclaiming what we have seen and heard.’ – Acts 4:13-21
Friends, thank you for joining and praying with us today.
