Morning Prayer with the Oblates: Sunday August 8th
We join Lisa and Donncha for our morning prayer. We share today’s gospel where those who hear Jesus’ word struggle with what he means – “I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.”
Prayer is the nourishment that feeds our soul, it needs nourishment and equally the Body of Christ, the Eucharist, is the ultimate nourishment for our souls and we give thanks for this great gift.
Thanks for joining us today. We hope you have a wonderful day.
