Morning Reflection with the Oblates: Friday November 12th With Mary Tyrrell
Friends, we join Mary Tyrell for our short morning prayer and reflection. Mary is a member of the Oblate Partners in Mission team and is based in England.
“Anyone who tries to preserve his life will lose it; and anyone who loses it will keep it.” From Luke 17:26-3
The stories of Noah, the Flood, Lot, and Sodom, are mentioned in today’s scripture and were well known by the people of the time. Jesus is reminding us and them to be ready at all times, and challenging us to prioritise our lives and concentrate on what is really important.
Thank you for joining us today.
