Oblate Family Morning Prayer: Friday October 29th With Fr Terry Murray OMI
We join Fr Terry Murray OMI of the parish team in Kilburn for our prayer today. This morning we reflect on the diversity of our communities. In Kilburn, we have just celebrated the International Mass in Sacred Heart Church, and we will celebrate an International Mass in Immaculate Heart of Mary, West Kilburn this coming Sunday – one international family.
One of the blessings of the community in Kilburn is its diversity. Many of you have memories of Kilburn being a stronghold of the Irish community. It is important to acknowledge the richness of our past, and appreciate the richness of our diversity, and we come together as a family of God, regardless of the colour of our skin or our country of origin.
Thanks for joining us in Kilburn this morning. God bless.
