Oblate Family Morning Prayer, Saturday February 12th
Friends, we join Christine Hunt in Wales for morning prayer. This morning’s reflection focuses on the miracle of the feeding of the multitudes. In our reading today we see how Jesus sees the needs of the people and acts when confronted by an immediate need. We are still being fed with the leftovers from Jesus, as the feeding of the crowds continues in our world today. Jesus feeds our mind with his Word, and his body is our food for the journey of life, drawing us into the closest, tender intimacy possible.
Thank you for praying with us today.
