Good morning, fellow Christian brothers and sisters and welcome to morning prayer with Carl Lanigan OMI, a trainee priest in Rome. Originally from the parish of Darndale.

Today’s gospel falls at the most appropriate time.
I know that students in Rome and elsewhere in the world, have just come to the end of our exam period and in Ireland and the UK, school exams, etc. have just come to an end also.
And today Christ invites us to find rest in Him.
