Oblate Family Morning Prayer: Thursday 6th July 2023

Good morning, dear friends, you are invited to join Fr. Simon Peter in Denmark for our morning prayer. 
Originally from the Diocese of Kampala in Uganda, Fr Simon Peter joins the Oblate family in St Paul’s Church in Denmark.  

We reflect on today’s readings by focusing on the three steps to unlock God’s blessings for us on this day; confession, obedience and the willingness to take action. 
This morning, we remind ourselves that as we go through the day and feel we can’t go on, not to worry. Instead, run to the Lord. He has an answer to each situation we face. 

Today we pray that we are able to recognise God’s voice as he guides us through today’s struggles. Because indeed great things happen when God meets man.
