“Salt + Light” – Morning prayer with the Oblates, March 1st With Kirk Jacob
Join Kirk Jacob of the Oblate Partners in Mission team for our morning prayer today. Today is the feast of Saint David and patron saint of Wales. The gospel today features two very strong images of salt and light – Kirk reflects on these themes. We hope you enjoy this morning prayer.
“‘You are the light of the world. A city built on a hill-top cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp to put it under a tub; they put it on the lamp-stand where it shines for everyone in the house.” – Matthew 5:13-16
Thank you for praying with us today.
