The Oblate Family Morning Prayer: Thursday 11th April 2024 With Caroline Shevelan
This morning we join Caroline Shevelan from Cumbria for our Oblate Morning Prayer this Thursday of the Second Week of Easter, 11th April 2024.
Acts 5:27-33 |
---|
We are witnesses to all this, we and the Holy Spirit
Caroline reflects on the reading: “When I first read today’s reading, I was struck by how dark it was, struck by the overtone of persecution, of being watched, of the followers of Jesus being troubled. So why this reading now in our time of celebration?”
Enjoy the reflection this morning and thank you for joining us.
