The Oblate Family Morning Prayer: Wednesday 29th November 2023 With Sr Anne Donnelly DHS
Good morning friends, and thank you for joining us for prayer. This week, we join Sr Anne Donnelly DHS, from Wistaston Hall Retreat Centre, Crewe for our morning prayer.
It was Mother Teresa who said that in calling us to share in this work, Jesus does not ask us to be successful, but to be fruitful. In today’s gospel reading, Jesus paints a bleak picture of what lies ahead for His disciples as they set out to bear witness to him. The story tells of what is to come. It’s definitely not a success story.
Thank you for joining us this morning.
