The Oblate Family Morning Prayer: Wednesday 8th May 2024
Good morning dear friends.
Today we join Joseph O’Connell in Crewe, England, for our Oblate Morning Prayer on Tuesday May 7th.
Gospel | John 16:12-15 ©
The Spirit of truth will lead you to the complete truth
Joseph reflects on today’s scripture passage: “The world has never needed the spirit and more. And Jesus was going away. But it wasn’t a full stop, it was a comma. Then the Holy Spirit would come, giving the Apostles courage to carry on. Courage to go out and tell the good news. Well, the world needs the good news today.”
Enjoy the reflection this morning and thank you for joining us.
