The Oblate Family Morning Prayer: Sunday 14th April 2024 With Alexa
This morning we join Alexa from London for our Oblate Morning Prayer on this 3rd Sunday of Easter, 13th April 2024.
Gospel | Luke 24:35-48 |
---|
It is written that the Christ would suffer and on the third day rise from the dead
Alexa reflects on the reading: “How often do we, like the disciples, allow fear and doubt to cloud our perception of the divine presence? In moments of uncertainty, it’s natural to question and even doubt. Yet, Jesus’s response to the disciples is a poignant reminder for us today: ‘Why are you so agitated, and why are these doubts stirring in your hearts?’ “
Enjoy the reflection this morning and thank you for joining us.
